Unlike many restaurants that rely on bottled dressings filled with preservatives and low-quality oils, our kitchen takes a scratch-made approach.
Our creamy dressings are made using our own house-made avocado oil mayonnaise crafted with 100% cold-pressed avocado oil. This creates a rich, flavorful base while avoiding many of the heavily processed oils often used in commercial dressings.
Our vinaigrettes are prepared using Extra Virgin Olive Oil, fresh herbs, spices, and carefully selected ingredients to create bright, balanced flavors that pair perfectly with our salads and menu favorites.
